Objective:
Bullying at work has been described as a cancer, spreading its tentacles across offices throughout the country. Every member of every workforce needs to work together to ensure our lives and those of others cannot be ruined by bullies. This course offers delegates the opportunity to understand the insidious way in which bullies operate and looks at strategies to identify them and the situations where harassment is taking place.
