Apprenticeships allow both existing and new staff to develop their technical knowledge, acquire new skills and benchmark competence.

financial services - general insurance apprenticeships
There are two apprenticeships frameworks that relate to insurance – the Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship in Providing Financial Services, and the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Providing Financial Services.
Apprenticeships in Providing Financial Services contain units from the Certificate in Insurance and the Award in London Market Insurance. These units make up the knowledge qualification element of the Apprenticeships.
The apprenticeship programmes are very flexible and can be customised to meet the needs of the company/individual, in both choice of programme content and delivery model to be followed. Acorn will work with any interested employer to establish the appropriate qualifications and agree a suitable delivery model.
