criteria
An apprentice needs to be:
- aged 16+
- working five days per week in your company (maximum 40 hours)
- employed on an Apprenticeship contract
- paid a minimum of £2.65 per hour (for at least the first year of their apprenticeship, then, if applicable, receive an hourly rate of pay which is in line with the national minimum wage)
- allowed to complete an industry recognised qualification
