Foundation Apprenticeship in Providing Financial Services - General Insurance

This qualification is suitable for individuals working within the Insurance Industry who provide products services to customers either face to face or over the telephone. The apprenticeship will give learners opportunity to receive recognition for their experience or, if new to a role, the opportunity to take the step towards professional qualifications. It has a flexible approach and allows you to select optional additional units which meet the requirements of your job role. The qualification can be achieved through mixture of portfolio building, observation, assessment and knowledge / understanding questioning.

Level 2 Certificate in Providing Financial Services
Level 2 Award in Insurance or Level 2 BTEC Award in Customer Service.
Essential Skills (Wales)
- Level 1 in Communication
- Level 1 in Application of Number
