Foundation Apprenticeship in Retail Skills

The Foundation Apprenticeship in Retail Skills is suitable for those who are involved in Retail as their primary work activity and wish to receive recognition for their Retail skills and experience. It is also suitable for individuals who are new to a career in Retail and wish to take the first steps towards professional qualifications. The Apprenticeship consists of qualifications that are included in the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales (CQFW) and provides a flexible approach to learning through the selection of units and credits.

The qualifications within the Apprenticeship include:

Level 2 Certificate or Diploma in Retail Skills
Level 3 Certificate in Retail Knowledge
Essential Skills (Wales)
- Level 2 in Communication
- Level 2 in Application of Number
