Working with Careers Wales and other referral agencies, Acorn has established a network of keen, motivated people all looking for an opportunity to learn and contribute to the workplace. They have met with an Acorn Consultant who has assessed their commitment and interest to work and they are now ready to be placed into a role within your organisation.
Prior to any training launch we will work closely with your organisation to ensure that we fully understand the criteria of the job role and person specification. This will ensure that the selected apprenticeships are a suitable match for your staff's training and business needs.
In addition you may be eligible for financial assistance to help you offer an additional young person aged 16-24 an apprenticeship opportunity via The Young Recruits Programme, which is available to potential employers looking to recruit a young person, whereby the company may be eligible for a wage and training subsidy.
