Course Aim: This half day course is designed for users of MS Outlook that wish to explore some of the enhanced features. Topics include Outlook mail, working with folders, using the calendar, contact management, working with tasks and using extended features. Outlook will be examined as both a personal information manager and group communication tool.

Target Audience: Individuals who use Outlook as an electronic mail programme and wish to explore some of the enhanced features. This course is also suitable for users of other e-mail software making the transition to Outlook.
