(Advanced Welsh Baccalaureate)

How do you find bright, talented young people to join your company; individuals who have a positive attitude to work and life-long learning, and are willing to develop their skills to match the future needs of your organisation?

Acorn and Coleg Morgannwg are launching a new qualification course in September which will place the very best of Welsh students into leading businesses for two days per week over a period of two years.

The new Principal Lines of Learning Level 3 in Business Administration and Finance course, is the first of its kind in Wales and will be offered to a very small group of students aged 16 to 19.

We are now looking for employers who can offer a variety of work placements, giving students the chance to gain valuable work-related skills with a reputable, local employer.

Benefits to the employer
