Acorn has been successful in accessing support funding for work related training and development activities for businesses across Wales.  If your business qualifies for this support it could result in full funding being provided by the Welsh Government and the European Social Fund for certain team members. 

Acorn provides all the necessary support to enable your team members to gain a nationally recognised work based qualification which is linked to your key business objectives. The programmes are flexible and tailored to meet the needs of your organisation and the selected individuals; we take time to understand your business and the current and future skills requirements of your employees.

The structure of the qualifications enables your team members to demonstrate their competency at undertaking their key job role. It validates that existing in-house training is being understood and more importantly that your business is receiving the benefit. 

The programmes offer accreditation and support for all levels within your business from Managers, Team Leaders / Supervisors to core Operational Staff.  There is no requirement for your team members to attend college as the programmes are work related. All qualifications are delivered on a one-to-one basis at your premises; we visit you, therefore productivity disruption is kept to a minimum.
