Effective Minute Taking
Overall Aim:
In this one day course participants will learn how to identify and take down relevant information, then produce accurate meeting minutes. Using exercises and discussion delegates will understand what to record and how. They will explore fully the different options open to them when taking minutes. The course also gives the delegates the opportunity the watch two real meetings (on video) and put into practice their minute taking skills.
