Key Skills
All Key Skills range from Levels 1 to 4 depending on the qualification you are following, or the level you require. (see FMA and AMA overviews for specific occupational requirements). Testing is required for the Communication, Application of Number and Information Technology Key Skills unless exemptions apply*.
Not all 6 Key Skills are applicable for every FMA/AMA, please see individual overviews for related Key Skills.

Communication |
taking in information by reading and listening and providing information by speaking and writing. |

using, interpreting and manipulating numbers quickly and accurately. |

Information Technology |
using computers to source, select, enter and present text, data and images. |

Working with Others |
playing a full part in a team and understanding and fulfilling individual responsibilities. |

Improving Your Own Learning and Performance |
planning and monitoring own work performance and learning development and requirements. |

Problem Solving |
analysing problems and making appropriate decisions based on the conclusions. |
